Timothy John Fallon is the third generation family owner of Fallon Ambulance Service. He began his career at Fallon as a chair car driver in 1980 and subsequently worked in varying capacities including EMT, Dispatcher, Human resources, Business Development and as Chief Operating Officer. Following the retirement of his father, James “Ray’ Fallon in 2000, he assumed his current role of President and CEO.
During Tim’s tenure as President and CEO, Fallon has enjoyed unprecedented success, becoming the largest and most successful privately owned and operated ambulance service in the Northeast. The company’s healthcare relationships and service area have substantially expanded from a base of Greater Boston and the South Shore to include Metro West and the North Shore. Tim credits Fallon’s success to an incredibly dedicated team of employees who embrace the values of his grandfather and father; compassionate care, dedication and honesty. Tim has served on the Board of the Milton Hospital, The Milton Foundation for Education and The Milton Residences for the Elderly and is the former President of the Milton Library Foundation. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Franciscan Hospital for Children, is a Trustee Associate at Boston College High School and is a member of the Ignation Mission and Identity Committee and the St. Ignatious Award Committee at BCH. He holds a Bachelor Degree from Northeastern University. Tim and his wife of 22 years, have three children, James, Abigail and Lily.
