Since 1994 Fallon Ambulance has actively supported the Pan-Mass Challenge (PMC), an annual bike-a-thon that crosses the Commonwealth of Massachusetts raising money for life-saving cancer research and treatment at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. The 2013 PMC marked the 20th year that the Fallon Ambulance Service PMC team participated in the 188-mile ride.

In addition to the funds raised each year, Fallon Ambulance provides ambulance coverage along the entire route, from Sturbridge to Provincetown. The Jimmy Fund Clinic follows the "family-centered care" philosophy of Institute founder Dr. Sidney Farber, assuring that a patient's psychological, family and spiritual needs, as well as their medical needs, are met. This focus on the core values of caring, parallels Fallon Ambulance’s mission of ensuring the safety and comfort of each patient; making Fallon’s support of the Pan Mass Challenge a natural partnership.
