Candidates for some roles in some locations may be eligible for a sign-on bonus
If hired part time (at least 2 shifts but less than 36 hours per week) sign-on bonuses are paid at half the full timer rates shown in the table below. Seasonal and perdiem roles are not eligible for sign-on bonuses
Candidates who have worked at a Transformative Healthcare company in the previous 24 months are not eligible
Sign-on bonuses are paid out in 2 equal installments after 3 and 6 months of service
